This Refund Policy governs refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments provided by Oxford Management Consultancy Ltd (OMC). This Policy is aligned with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. By engaging OMC, you agree to this Policy.

OMC provides professional, advisory, and administrative services including:

  • Business formation
  • PRO and government liaison
  • Tax and compliance
  • Banking assistance
  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • Branding, digital, and technology services

These services may involve consultation, documentation, coordination with authorities, and third-party engagement.

General Principles

Refunds are assessed based on:

  • Service stage
  • Work completed
  • Costs incurred

OMC reserves the sole discretion to determine refund eligibility in line with this Policy and UAE law.

Where applicable, OMC may prioritize service correction over refund.

Service Quality Commitment

OMC will deliver services:

  • In accordance with agreed scope
  • With reasonable care and professional standards
  • In compliance with UAE regulations

If a service is materially deficient, OMC may, at its discretion:

  • Re-perform the service
  • Offer a partial or full refund

Refund Eligibility

5.1 Before Service Commencement

  • Cancellation before work begins may be eligible for refund
  • A minimum administrative fee will be deducted

5.2 After Service Commencement

  • Once work has started, refunds (if any) will be partial only, based on work completed, time spent, and costs incurred

5.3 Undelivered Services

If OMC is unable to deliver due to internal reasons:

  • A proportional refund will be issued

5.4 Government or Bank Rejection

  • Government fees and third-party costs are non-refundable
  • Service fees may be partially refundable depending on processing stage

5.5 Duplicate Payments

Duplicate or excess payments will be refunded after verification.

Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Client delay, non-cooperation, or document failure
  • Incorrect or misleading information provided by the client
  • Completed services delivered as agreed
  • Any third-party costs, including government fees, bank charges, and external provider costs

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is allowed before service initiation

After commencement, cancellation is subject to:

  • work completed
  • costs incurred
  • refund eligibility

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks

In case of dispute:

  • OMC reserves the right to provide service records and agreements as evidence

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • service termination
  • legal action

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via:

  • original payment method; or
  • alternative method where required

Administrative, banking, and processing fees may be deducted.

Dispute Resolution

OMC will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably. Clients retain the right to escalate disputes to relevant UAE authorities.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits rights under UAE law.

Amendments

OMC may update this Policy at any time.
